After earning my B.A. and M.A. in Psychology, I found my way into Human Resources—a career I still love today. Over the years, I’ve guided people through every kind of transition: new roles, leadership challenges, reorganizations, and personal turning points.
Early in my career, I learned the hard way what happens when you lead only by fixing what’s wrong—it’s exhausting and unsustainable. That realization led me to CliftonStrengths®, and I’ve been helping others lead differently ever since.
Today, I combine psychology, leadership experience, and strengths-based coaching to help people uncover their potential, build confidence, and create lasting impact at work and in life.
