With a master’s in psychology and 25 years in HR, I’ve helped hundreds of managers and employees grow through change.

For years, I tried to fix what was “wrong” — until it nearly burned me out. Discovering CliftonStrengths® in 2006 changed everything. I learned that lasting growth comes from building on what’s strong, not what’s broken.

Now, I help managers, teams, and individuals do the same - by understanding their strengths, fueling what energizes them, and performing at their best without burning out.
